Mobile Vendor

This is payment to be a mobile vendor at Fairy Festa 2024. 

By paying , the purchaser agrees to all Vendor Agreements listed 

Vendor will not sell illegal merchandise and will provide a family friendly display, and will pay all state local and federal taxes for their sales. Vendor is responsible for their own event insurance.
Marijuana items are not forbidden, we just ask that they be kept out of the main display available to children.

Vendor will hold harmless the sponsoring business (Spokane Gallery) and property owners-K&M RealEstate-  of any fault or wrong doing in case of accident, injury, acts of nature or other unforeseen circumstances.  Including but not limited to loss of product, damage to yours or others property or persons. 
Event will proceed even in bad weather. No refunds, no exchanges. 
The fee is for a two day event -June 22th and 23th 

The event space will once again have a perimeter fence. Traveling vendors can move through the fair, use the Zen garden when there are not scheduled events. The line to see the queen is a great place to find people.
All vendors agree to park North of Jazzerize and in the adjacent lot to the North of Dishman Commercial Center. 

Enchanted Marketplace Event times are Saturday 10-6 Sunday 10-4
