Exchanges
Due to the fact that many of our items are one of a kind and carefully handmade and all artists are paid immediately for any sale of their product, we offer exchanges only.
Exchanges are honored with in 7 days of receipt of the item(s).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item was damaged during shipping- the damage must be noted with the carrier or reported to the carrier with in 48 hours.
If the item is not what you expected or arrived damaged, we can offer you an exchange of a like item or credit towards any other item by the same vendor. The credit will be for the item price only ( shipping will not be included in the exchange).
We are careful to inspect each shipment but mistakes do happen.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, the price of the item only. Once the returned item is received, you will be given a credit to choose a new item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you will need to discuss the exchange with the purchaser.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping
To exchange your product, you will be asked to mail your product to: 409 S Dishman Mica Rd Spokane Valley Washington US 99206
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping for the new item will be billed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item for exchange.
