This is payment for 1 Qty - 10' x10' vendor space at Fairy Festa 2024.
You are responsible for bringing a pop up and setting it up. Pop ups must be in place Friday June 21st with a minimum of 50lbs of weight on EACH corner. 

By paying for this space, the purchaser agrees to all Vendor Agreements listed below.

Vendor agrees to be on premises at least 1 hour before start time of 10am. Vendors not present by 9:15 will forfeit their space. 

Vendor agrees to the following -to provide 50lb weights attached to each corner of each tent used for the event and display with-in designated space only. Vendor agrees to set up the pop up in a safe manner and provide due diligence to make sure the tent and all other displays are sufficiently kept from moving in the wind, changing place, keeping in mind that moving in any way may be a cause for tripping or harm to person or any product.

Vendor will not sell illegal merchandise and will provide a family friendly display, and will pay all state local and federal taxes for their sales. Vendor is responsible for their own event insurance.
Marijuana items are not forbidden, we just ask that they be kept out of the main display available to children.

Food vendor will have a permits and lisc.needed for food sales  

Vendor will hold harmless the sponsoring business (Spokane Gallery) and property owners-K&M RealEstate-  of any fault or wrong doing in case of accident, injury, acts of nature or other unforeseen circumstances.  Including but not limited to loss of product, damage to yours or others property or persons. 
Event will proceed even in bad weather. No refunds, no exchanges. 
The fee is for a two day event -June 22th and 23th 

Vendor agrees to have their tent set up on Friday June21st between 12-8 pm. The event space will once again have a containment perimeter fence and two gates for entrance. No vehicles will be allowed into the event area for unload after 3pm on Friday June 21st. A cart makes easy transport from the parking area. After load in: all vendors agree to park North of Jazzerize and in the adjacent lot to the North of Dishman Commercial Center. You May choose to set up tables, displays etc on Friday between 12-8. On site security will be walking through the event space on Friday night and on Saturday night   

Enchanted Marketplace Event times are

Saturday 10-6 Sunday 10-4.

Vendors are required to be on premises by 9am and stay until end of sales hours. No packing up before 4 on Sunday.  Or 6 pm on Saturday. 
We will have security personal walking around during the evening but we do suggest covering all product with sheets to deter any evening lookers.

You may choose to use sides on your booth. If you close it up tight at night, we suggest leaving a space for wind to travel through. Micro burst winds have moved booths that had all four sides tightly secured- as much as 4 feet.  Weights should be secured to the legs AND the roof of your pop up.
