Author Table Vendor Space🍄

🍄This is a payment for 1 Author space in the Authors 10x20 vendor space at Fairy Festa 2026. 

Author space fee is $75

You are responsible for bringing a table  and chair. There is room for up to a 6 ft table and a vertical banner or easel. There will be up to 5 authors in one 10x20 space. The pop ups will already be in place. We would love to have help decorating this space on Friday if you have time to help. If you cannot come by on Friday - please be in the space by 9am on Saturday. 

By paying for this space, the purchaser agrees to all Vendor Agreements listed below and as stated in the Vendor Registration form.

Vendor will not sell illegal merchandise and will provide a family friendly display, and will pay all state local and federal taxes for their sales. Vendor is responsible for their own event insurance.

Vendor will hold harmless the sponsoring business (Spokane Gallery), Guardian Angels Daycare and property owners-K&M RealEstate and all owners and employees of listed-  of any fault or wrong doing in case of accident, injury, acts of nature or other unforeseen circumstances.  Including but not limited to loss of product, damage to yours or others property or persons. 
Event will proceed even in bad weather. No refunds, no exchanges.  

Enchanted Marketplace Event times are

Saturday 10-5 Sunday 10-4.

Vendors are required to be on premises by 9am and stay until end of sales hours. No packing up before 4 on Sunday.  Or 5 pm on Saturday.
