6' or 8' Table Vendor Space

This is payment for an 8’ table vendor space at Spokane Gallery. You are responsible for bringing a table and setting it up. 

By paying for this space, the purchaser agrees to all Vendor Agreements listed below.

Vendor agrees to be on premises at least 1 hour before start time of 10am. Vendors not present by 9:15 will forfeit their space. 

Vendor agrees to the following -display with in designated space only. Table spaces on the building sidewalk are against a wall and the chair is set at the end of the table. Other spaces may be available depending on number of vendors. Vendor agrees to set up their displays in a safe manner and provide due diligence to make sure the table, coverings and all other displays are sufficiently kept from moving in the wind, changing place or moving in any way or be a cause for tripping or harm to anyone or any product. Vendor will not sell illegal merchandise and will provide a family friendly display, and will pay all state local and federal taxes for their sales. Vendor will hold the business and property owners harmless of any fault or wrong doing incase of accident, injury, acts of natural or other unforeseen circumstances.  
Event will proceed even in bad weather. No refunds, no exchanges.
