🍄This is payment for 1 Qty - 10' x10' vendor space at Fairy Festa 2025, The event dates are Set up Friday June 19th, Event Saturday June 20th and Sunday June 21st.

*Please remember that set up of your canopy on Friday night is REQUIRED. This is NON negotiable.

🍄Fairy Festa is a Free Fantasy Event

Vendors are required to have their attire and sales space be on Theme in some way. The theme is fantasy- Fairy-garden-cottagecore-mushroom-floral-dragons-fae-7FaeRealms etc.

Set up on Friday  differs by space- will be sometime between 1-9pm 

 Saturday event hours 10-5 (set up 7am)

Sunday event hours 10-4

You are responsible for bringing a pop up canopy and setting it up.

* Pop ups MUST be in place on Friday by 9pm. This is non negotiable.  Each corner of each canopy must have a minimum of 40lbs of weight. The weight shall be at the bottom of the leg and ALSO the weight must be tied to the top of the canopy frame also. These two required items are Non Negotiable. Vendors with out a canopy in place by Friday night by 9pm will not be allowed to participate in the event. 

Vendor agrees to be on premises at least 1 hour before start time of 10am. Vendors not present by 9:15 will forfeit their space. 

Vendor agrees to set up the canopy in a safe manner, with in the designated marked space and provide due diligence to make sure the tent and all other displays are sufficiently kept from moving in the wind, keeping in mind that moving in any way may be a cause for tripping or harm to person or any product.

Vendor will not sell illegal merchandise and will provide a family friendly display, and will pay all state local and federal taxes for their sales. Vendor is responsible for their own event/incident  insurance.
Marijuana items are not forbidden, we just ask that they be kept out of the main display and are not accessible  to children.

Vendor will hold harmless all sponsoring businesses , including and not limited to(Spokane Gallery) and property owners-K&M RealEstate, Guardian Angels Daycare and Fairy Festa Productions - of any fault or wrong doing in case of accident, injury, acts of nature or other unforeseen circumstances.  Including but not limited to loss of product, damage to yours or others property or persons. 
Event will proceed even in bad weather. No refunds, no exchanges. 
The fee is for a two day event. The event space has a containment perimeter fence and a fairy portal for entrance. No vehicles will be allowed into the event area for unload after 3pm on Friday. There are no vehicles allowed inside the fenced area once it is up on Friday afternoon. This includes Sunday. There are nearby areas to park for each area- just to unload. DO NOT change, move, cut or take down the perimeter fencing for any reason.  Please bring a cart, it makes easy transport of goods. After load in: all vendors agree to park North of Jazzerize and in the adjacent lot to the North of Dishman Commercial Center. You May choose to set up tables, displays etc on Friday. On site security will be walking through the event space on Friday night and on Saturday night. Security is not responsible for saving your items, tent or display from the wind.  Security will do their due diligence to keep any one from entering the premises, however, if you enclose your tent with walls at night, the security personnel WILL NOT unzip, go in or check for persons, inside of you tent. Security personnel and hosts, promoters and owners are not responsible for missing or damaged items. The promoters suggest that you remove valuables, and money boxes, and suggest that all displays and crates etc are covered with sheets to deter easy to grab and take of items when you are not in your booth. This includes Saturday and Sunday mornings before you arrive. Security will not watch other vendors who may enter your space in set up times. 

Enchanted Marketplace Event times are

Saturday 10-5 Sunday 10-4.

Vendors are required to be on premises by 9am and stay until end of sales hours. 

No Closing or packing up before 5 on Saturday

No Packing up before 4 on Sunday 

This event is in June and on some years it has been very Hot. Most spaces are in the sun at least part of the day. Please make accommodations for hot weather in case. We have a vendor only restroom and a vendor breakroom in the air conditioned building. 

Fairy Festa is a family friendly and completely inclusive event. We understand that problems may arise, please refer to the Phone numbers listed in your vendor information -for staff to help if you are experiencing issues with a attendee or vendor.

All vendors, helpers and guests are expected to act in a civil manner, and be respectful of all people, items and premises AT all times. This includes the perimeter fencing and all decor. (Please do not move or alter the fencing in any way) Anyone found to cause problems and showing disrespect can and will be removed from the premises immediately, forfeit all money paid and not invited again. Our Goal is to have a magical fun and profitable event for everyone and we are continuously working toward this goal.
